Incorporate Cupping Therapy Into Your Array Of Tools.

In ancient medicine, cupping was used for many ailments, and for its abilities to move blood and energy along meridians.  Historically, cupping was also done with clients to treat stress, colds and sinus infection, to promote lymphatic drainage and for the treatment of cellulite and wrinkles.  Today, you may find therapists using cupping techniques along with massage to reduce pain, inflammation, and reduces soreness.

Cups were made from horns, glass, and crude plastics.  With more modern manufacturing methods available these days, cups use pumps and valves to pull air out and maintain negative pressure. The popularity of cupping has spurned a number of innovations.  Students interested in learning how to properly apply cups and the effect it can have are encouraged to enroll in our one day workshop.
